Client Terms of Service

1. Services
Ohana Dog Training LLC (“Ohana”) provides dog training, boarding, field trips, structured walks, and consultations in King, Snohomish, and Skagit counties.

2. Client Responsibilities
By booking services with Ohana, clients agree to:
- Accurately disclose their dog’s behavior and health history
- Use all required safety gear (leashes, muzzles, etc.) as directed
- Follow training instructions at home
- Provide timely drop-offs, pickups, and communication

3. Payments & Cancellations
- Full payment is required to reserve services unless otherwise arranged
- Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are non-refundable
- Refunds or credits are offered at Ohana's discretion
- Prices may change without notice

4. Training Results Disclaimer
We customize every training plan — but no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Success depends on each dog and the client’s commitment to reinforce the work at home.

5. Use of Photos & Content
Photos/videos taken during training may be used for educational or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
Ohana is not liable for:
- Incidents or injuries caused by dogs during or after training
- Behavioral issues that reoccur due to lack of consistency at home
- Client failure to follow safety guidelines

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes must be addressed through good-faith resolution before legal action.

Website & App Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By using any website, mobile app, or service of Ohana Dog Training LLC (“Ohana”), you agree to these terms, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the site or services.

Service Overview
Ohana websites and apps provide training for dog owners through private sessions, group classes, online resources, and behavior consultations. Ohana reserves the right to update terms or services without notice.

1. Certification of User

You certify that you are a U.S. resident or authorized to do business in the U.S., at least 18 years of age, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Content and Registration

2.1 Website Content: Includes all text, images, videos, tools, and resources.
2.2 Vendor Content: Ohana may link to third-party vendors but does not endorse or guarantee their services.
2.3 Registration: Some resources require registration. You agree to keep login credentials confidential.

3. Limitations on Use and Submissions

3.1 Copyright/Trademark: Website content is protected. Do not reproduce or exploit it without written permission.
3.2 User Conduct: You agree not to post unlawful, obscene, or infringing material.
3.3 Submissions: Any testimonials, messages, or feedback you provide may be used for marketing or educational purposes.

4. Monitoring and Access

We may monitor user interactions to ensure compliance. Accessibility is a priority, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Website and Services are provided “AS IS.” Ohana makes no warranties or guarantees about training outcomes. You assume responsibility for applying training and agree to hold Ohana harmless for outcomes beyond our control.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ohana Dog Training LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of services or breach of this agreement.

7. Privacy Policy
